Moallim arrangements organise the core Hajj-day services in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifa. Our Deluxe package lists Category A and Zone 2, while Economy and Super Saver list Category C and Zone 5. These categories distinguish the service arrangement assigned to each package; they are not hotel star ratings.

The package cards show the category and zone exactly as offered so families can compare them alongside hotel choices and prices. Final camp allocations and operational details remain subject to the responsible Saudi authorities. Ask our team to explain what is confirmed in writing before booking.

Every package includes return flights from Mumbai, Hajj visa, accommodation in Makkah, Madinah and Aziziya, Moallim fees, travel insurance and 5% GST. Prices are per person; 2% TCS is additional as per Government of India rules.

2% TCS is additional as per Government of India rules. Expenses of a personal nature — such as Qurbani, shopping, room-service orders and excess baggage — are also not covered. Our team shares the full inclusion list in writing when you book, so there are no surprises later.

Yes, all prices are per person and depend on your room sharing. Economy: Quad ₹6,95,000, Triple ₹7,45,000, Twin ₹7,95,000. Deluxe: Quad ₹8,40,000, Triple ₹9,00,000, Twin ₹9,60,000. Non-Shifting Super Saver: Quad ₹5,50,000, Triple ₹6,00,000, Twin ₹6,50,000. All rates include 5% GST; 2% TCS is additional.

Economy (33 days, from ₹6,95,000) stays at Anjum or similar in Makkah and Jawahrat Al Rasheed or similar in Madinah with Moallim Category C. Deluxe (33 days, from ₹8,40,000) upgrades to Makarem Ajyad or similar and Hayah Plaza or similar with Moallim Category A. The Non-Shifting Super Saver (34–38 days, from ₹5,50,000) keeps one hotel in Aziziya/Rusaifa/Naseem for 20–22 days plus a Madinah hotel within 600m of the Haram, with Moallim Category C.

Economy and Deluxe groups depart Mumbai on 23 April 2027 and return on 25 May 2027 (33 days). The Non-Shifting Super Saver departs 23 April and returns around 30 May 2027 (34–38 days), depending on flight schedules.

In a shifting package you move between a hotel near the Haram and an Aziziya building. In the Non-Shifting Super Saver you stay in one accommodation in Aziziya, Rusaifa or Naseem for the full Makkah period, so you do not move rooms before or after the Hajj days — this is what makes it our best-value package.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or visit our Mumbai, Pune or Dharwad office to reserve your seat with a booking advance. The balance can be paid in convenient instalments before departure — our team will share a written payment schedule and a receipt for every payment you make. Seats are limited each year, so booking early keeps your preferred room sharing.

You need a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date, recent passport-size photographs and your booking advance. We use these to process your Hajj visa and Saudi permits on your behalf. If your passport needs renewal, start early — our team will guide you so it is ready well before departure.

Cancellation terms depend on airline fare rules, Saudi visa processing and how close to departure you cancel. Our team explains the exact refund slabs in writing at the time of booking, so you know your position before you pay anything.

Our current per-person Quad-sharing prices are ₹5,50,000 for Non-Shifting Super Saver, ₹6,95,000 for Economy and ₹8,40,000 for Deluxe. Triple and Twin options cost more. Every listed rate includes 5% GST; 2% TCS is additional.

The Haj Committee follows a government-administered application and travel process. A private operator offers a stated package with its own hotels, sharing options, group guidance and inclusions. Compare eligibility, written terms, receipts and support before choosing either route.

Start preparing early and book only after reviewing the written package, sharing category and payment schedule. Our planned departure is 23 April 2027, and preferred Quad, Triple or Twin places can fill at different times, so ask us for current availability.
