A mountain that loves us

Mount Uhud, Madinah

“Uhud is a mountain that loves us, and we love it.”

Beneath this very mountain rest the martyrs of Uhud, among them Hamzah (may Allah be pleased with him), the beloved uncle of the Prophet. Every Azeem Tours journey pauses here — our own bus, photographed on a quiet night under its glow — so you may stand where history and love meet.

Hadith source

Sahih al-Bukhari, Book of the Expeditions (Kitab al-Maghazi), Hadith no. 4226 — narrated by Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him).

This narration is graded sahih — authentic — under the most rigorous standards of hadith scholarship, its chain of transmission being unbroken and every narrator trustworthy. Sahih al-Bukhari is regarded by Muslims as the most authentic book after the Quran.

The Day of Arafat

Where every dua is heard

“Hajj is Arafat.”

On the ninth of Dhul Hijjah, the whole plain of Arafat stands in prayer from noon until sunset — the heart of Hajj itself. This photograph shows Jabal Rahmah, the Mount of Mercy, where pilgrims gather on its granite rocks just as generations have done before them. It was here that the Prophet (peace be upon him) delivered his Farewell Sermon before more than one hundred thousand pilgrims, and here he taught: “The best of supplications is the supplication of the Day of Arafat.”

Hadith source

Jami’ at-Tirmidhi, Book of Hajj, Hadith no. 889 — narrated by Jundub ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), who witnessed it at the Farewell Pilgrimage.

“Hajj is Arafat” is graded sahih (authentic), and Tirmidhi himself reported it as hasan sahih. The saying on the Day of Arafat’s supplication is Jami’ at-Tirmidhi, Hadith no. 3585.
